The PSP Go is smaller, lighter and UMD-drive-less. So that means it consumes less battery, right? You'd be surprised to know that the answer is no.
The EU PlayStation Blog recently revealed that the PSP Go will have the battery life that is equal with current PSP models. That's approximately 3 - 6 hours of gameplay and approximately 3 - 5 for video playback.
Sony should've learned from their past shortcomings, in my opinion. With hundreds of thousands of PSP fans screaming "more battery life" one would think they heard what consumers want.
